After 15 Years the Democratizing Knowledge Project (DKP) is coming to a close. In this two-day celebration/symposium, collective members, presenters, and supporters reflect on the impact the DKP has left at Syracuse University, and beyond. The celebration begins on Thursday evening (4/3) with an in-person screening and discussion with the filmmakers of the documentary “Bad Form: Queer, Broke and Amazing." On 4/4 there are five panels scheduled throughout the day:

• Panel #2: Reflections from Program Assistants and Graduate Students
• Panel #3: Confronting Neutrality, Complicity, and Fascism in the Carceral Academy
• Panel #4: Settler Colonialism, Racial Legacies, and Indigenous Presence (Democratizing Knowledge through Scholar-Activism)
• Panel #5: Democratizing Knowledge Legacies and Futures
