Kristy Buzard
33:12
Isn't Saturday a problem for some religious observances?
Martha
33:35
Yes, Kristy. We went for Sunday in more cases in order to avoid Saturday.

I adapted an Honor statement to use on the exams this past spring in the large classes and the scores were then exactly the same as the in-class exam scores. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked
Annie
53:31
What about group projects? This is a challenge, since I teach Small Group Communication…thinking of alternatives to make it work
Amit Sanyal
57:22
The honor code is always present in my exams and quizzes. Fortunately or unfortunately, my quizzes/exams are always designed in such a way that it is useless to cheat. It is easier to solve the questions/problems outright rather than cheat!
Ruth S Phillips
58:05
could we talk (maybe another time) about best practices for redoing course objectives to suit online format? We DO need to change how we teach, and I don’t know how 😩
Stephanie McMillen
59:44

Can Zoom session be set up Recording automatically based on timing?
hongzengmartel
01:09:06
I asked TA to remind me last semester — otherwise easy to forget
Stephanie McMillen
01:15:43
I've heard that too, Katie.
janbrown
01:17:44
A rubric can help a student see what they missed in the assignment, and can be hooked to the assignment (essay), can pull it up when typing up the comments to a student in BB.
Michael Morrison
01:19:29
You can configure Zoom to start recording automatically, but it will do that for every meeting unless you turn it off . Beware.
Ruth S Phillips
01:21:49
maybe there is a video out there that deprograms students from focus on grades —> learning
